In Frisco, Hall Office Park absorbed 10,791 sf with three signings: Nu-Kote International, RMH Teleservices Inc. and NetSN Inc.
NetSN took 4,624 sf at 6801 Gaylord Parkway. The e-commerce solutions provider for major corporations will use the office as its regional headquarters. Van Power of Arledge Power Real Estate Group in Dallas represented the tenant while Buddy Langston, Hall's leasing director, handled all negotiations for Hall.
Nu-Kote, a printer supply manufacturer, reserved 3,393 sf in the same building as a headquarters location for a sales and marketing team. And, NetSN signed for 2,774 sf at 2401 Internet Blvd.
A North Dallas deal put Cirro Corp., a locally based electric provider, into 10,025 sf at the 45,000-sf Town Trails Office Park at 1700 Preston Rd. The location will house sales, support and call center operations. Perry Wood, managing director of the Dallas office for Julien J. Studley Inc., represented the tenant. According to Studley, Cirro needed to find space quickly to push ahead on expansion plans.
The US Marine Corps will move in May 1 to a 6,261-sf office at Northlake Centre, an 81,999-sf structure at 3313 Pioneer Parkway in Pantego. The structure is 80% occupied with the signing. Jason Miller of Property Advisers Realty Inc. in Irving tells GlobeSt.com that the facility will drive a consolidation of several offices in the Arlington-Grand Prairie area.
Jerry Reis, owner, and Miller, leasing director, represented the limited partnership building owner while the US Army Corps of Engineers bargained for the tenant. The site will be used for a recruiting staff office and training facility.
The Shidler Group signed three tenants for two buildings in its portfolio. Rodney Helm of Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office brokered all of the leases for the Shidler Group.
A 55-month lease, valued at $192,000, will give Lanier Worldwide Inc. an extra 1,741 sf at the Atrium at Collin Ridge at 500 N. Central Expressway in Plano. In all, the tenant now will be occupying 11,118 sf. Lanier Worldwide, a provider of document management solutions, represented itself at the bargaining table.
The Atrium also gets a five-year lease on 3,397 sf for a new law office. The firm of Brian Mottet has inked a deal valued at $391,000. Sonny Moyers of Ebby Halliday Realtors was the tenant's rep.
In the Stemmons Freeway submarket, Shidler renewed a 60-month lease for 1,290 sf and added another 505 sf for Imperial Leasing Ltd, which does business as Imperial Finance. The credit service is a tenant at 8585 Stemmons Freeway in the Twin Towers. The deal carries a $150,000 value. Michael Brigance of Corporate USA Real Estate Services spoke for the tenant.
