As peers speculated where Fults would land, others from the Kennedy-Wilson operation followed suit, giving rise to a prairie wildfire rumor that the office was being shuttered by its corporate parent. That is not going to happen, insists Kennedy-Wilson, locally as well as its Beverly Hills, CA corporate. At last word, Fults' father, Jerry, who sold his brokerage firm to open the Dallas door for Kennedy-Wilson, is staying put.
Fults, a seven-year veteran of the Dallas real estate market, was the top producer for two of the past three years. He also earned the firm's "Pinnacle" production award for five consecutive years and copped the "Largest Deal" honor for three of the last four years.
Fults didn't cross the threshold alone; his brokerage team of Allison Fannin and Joel Fults were wooed and won as well. Fannin earned Kennedy Wilson's top deal award in 2001 while Joel Fults pulled an internal achiever production award for the previous year. The team will operate out of C&W's North Dallas headquarters in the Millennium Building at 15455 Dallas Parkway in Addison.
