Murray comes from Faison/Trammell Crow Co. where he focused on retail development for the past five years. He will work with Dave Tillis at Jacksonville, FL-based St. Joe on permitting activities, largely for St. Joe Commercial, the parent company's development arm.
Murray's expertise is in the design and permitting of large scale development of regional impact residential and commercial projects, the company says in a prepared statement.
