Victor Baltov of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Houston office represented the building owner. Office space in the 37-year-old building is quoted at $21 per sf.
In a smaller transaction, Equitable Investment Management and Capital Asset subleased an office at 5444 Westheimer. Norman V. Munoz of the Houston office of Colliers International represented the sublessee. Randy Wilhelm and Vince Gyorgy, both with NAI Partners Commercial, represented the sublessor, Advantica Technologies Inc., for the 2,064 sf.
