"We chose Rock Run for its immediate proximity to two major expressways and to the new Intermodal facility in Joliet," says Madison Warehouse vice president of operations Bryan Kitley, referring to CenterPoint Intermodal Center being built in nearby Elwood, IL, on the former Joliet Arsenal site.
The property is owned by business park developer IDI, who hired Mika Fonda, Brendan Kelly and Hugh Williams of Cushman & Wakefield to represent them. Current tenants in the 2-million-sf business park – there are still 176 acres available for build-to-suit projects -- include Petco, Kendall Healthcare, Mack Trucks, Georgia Pacific, First Midwest Bank and Graybar Electric.
