Signed tenants are Kelly Services, Checkmate Payday Loans, Great Clips, A Dollar's the Limit, Salvation Skates and Autohouse. Washington Mutual Bank has taken a pad site and will be abutted by a Starbuck's Coffee. In the near future, construction will kick off on a Purcell's Tire store.
Ron Ault, Dave Newquist and Max Bippus, all with CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Arizona retail team in Phoenix, have been negotiating the leases on behalf of the center's owner, Kimmell & Young Co. LLC of Sacramento.
Westwind Plaza is designed with four pads, totaling 15,000 sf, and 18,000 sf of inline space. The stores will open between mid-May and early June.
