Erixon has 10 years of office leasing background in the Miami area, having worked with two brokerages before joining Codina. The company wouldn't identify the two South Florida firms.
Erixon also headed an unidentified art consulting firm in San Francisco before moving to Miami. He has a bachelor's degree in fine arts from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA.
