Sterling Hydraulics is among the REIT's new tenants, having taken 42,490 sf at 850 Arthur Ave. in this suburb just west of the world's busiest airport. Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler senior vice president Ronald J. Behm represented CenterPoint Properties while Andy Corken of CB Richard Ellis represented Sterling Hydraulics.
Meanwhile, March Fasteners is leasing 40,140 sf at 1401 Morse Ave. here. Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler senior vice president Matthew J. Stauber represented March Fasteners while Tim O'Leary of O'Leary Realty Corporation represented the property owner.
