Simply Fashions specializes in affordable women's clothing and accessories. The retailer has more than 215 locations in 21 states. A 3,272-sf space is located in the Inwood Central shopping center at 81651 Antoine Dr. near the intersection of Interstate 10 and US Highway 290 in the city's northwest submarket.
David Stukalin of the Houston office of Dallas-based Weitzman Group represented Simply Fashions in the lease negotiations in cooperation with Walter Salek of Reed King and Luther. The building owner, TCP Inwood Partners LP, had in-house representation.
The retailer also reserved a 3,000-sf spot in the 83,000-sf Cullen Plaza at 9426 Cullen Blvd. near Belfort and Airport boulevards inside Beltway 8 in the south submarket. Weingarten Realty Investors, the building owner, had in-house representation while the same Weitzman team bargained for the tenant.
