IntelliMark, headquartered in Little Rock, AR, stamped a seven-year pact with CMC Commercial Realty Group, which gets to hang a "no vacancy" sign on a new building. Rob Pipkin and Mike McCoy, both of Mohr Partners Inc., represented IntelliMark. The team also handles the firm's space needs on a national basis, encompassing 174,000 sf in 26 offices. Jay Bailey of Capstar Commercial Real Estate Services in Dallas negotiated the Coppell lease for the building owner. The Mohr project management team of Ted Fredericks and Dale Conner is spearheading the finish-out and relocation.

The signing, Pipkin and McCoy tell GlobeSt.com, caps a year-long search for a site midway between an existing warehouse/staging facility at 885 E. Collins in Richardson and divisional headquarters at 8701 Bedford-Euless Rd. in Hurst. Pipkin says it was challenging to identify a location that's readily accessible for the 120-employee workforce and well-suited to warehouse, office and call center functions. McCoy says the move-in coincides with the lease expirations at the other locations.

The May 8 move will provide nearly 10,000 sf extra for IntelliMark, a solutions provider that includes deployment of technical consultants to comprehensive IT-managed services such as data security. IntelliMark's new spot neighbors the Perrier Group of America, which holds the keys to the balance of the 88,179-sf building.
