The latest Mesa deals also included a medical office lease for Oasis Family Medicine, which is moving into 2,766 sf at 655 S. Dobson Rd. The location is part of the second phase of a medical campus adjacent to Chandler Regional Hospital.
Rick Ridberg of the Phoenix office of NAI Horizon represented the tenant. GPE handled talks for the building owner, Chandler Medical LLC.
In Tempe, Dr. David Reed took 1,307 sf of office space at 250 W. Broadway Rd. from RREEF. Peggy Johnson, also of NAI Horizon, represented the tenant.
