The transaction was arranged on behalf of Rockline Industries by Ronald S. Soussa, vice president of Delaware Hudson Realty Group Inc. of Parsippany, NJ. Delaware Hudson is a real estate development and brokerage firm whose affiliates include Delaware Hudson Properties and Delaware Hudson Management Co.
The owner of the property, who was not named, was represented by Mark Kessler of Dowel Associates of Morristown, NJ. Terms of the lease were not disclosed, although Dowel had listed the property at $7 per sf, triple net.
