Greene is director of operations for the South Florida division of Taylor & Mathis which has built up a local office portfolio of 2.4 million sf. In his new position, Greene will be specifically responsible for overseeing one million sf of office at 701 Brickell Ave. and 777 Brickell Ave.
Greene has 18 years experience in Miami area property management circles. He is a former executive with Minocan Investments, Insignia/ESG and Winthrop Management.
