The project is a development of Bald Eagle Commons, a local group, and Weichert Commercial Brokerage of Morris Plains, NJ has been given the exclusive to market the new complex. The firm's Kevin Hanlon and Milton Meyerson, both senior vice presidents, will head the effort.
"The population is expanding rapidly with the construction of so many new housing units, and Bald Eagle Square will bring much-needed services to the area," according to Meyerson. Besides the surrounding Bald Eagle community, the existing Van Dyk Valley senior apartments and assisted living facility is right next door, and a 288-unit townhouse development is planned for a site right across the street.
The new Bald Eagle Square is expected to be completed either late this year or early in 2003.
