EE Parts signed a five-year lease for the RREEF structure, situated at 1150 Hayden on the outskirts of Valwood Industrial Park, Kacy Jones of TIG Real Estate Services in Dallas, tells GlobeSt.com. He and Helen Hudson represented RREEF in the talks. Mike Lish of Kennedy-Wilson International's Dallas office brokered the deal for the tenant, whose only neighbor will be Tenet Health Systems Corp.
The industrial structure is a 1981 product, in keeping with the age of RREEF's holdings in nearby Valwood. EE Parts is unpacking in a spot sitting empty since November.
The Dallas deal puts Tape Products Co. of Cincinnati into the Crossroads II at 11033 Switzer. Doug Macari, an Insignia/ESG director in Dallas, brokered the deal for the tenant, one of the nation's largest distributors of industrial packaging, products and machinery. Michael Peinado of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. handled talks on AMB's behalf.
