Hampton North I is a 72,000-sf office building in Hampton, VA. The retail centers are the 46,000-sf Williamsburg Pavilion Shops and the 67,000-sf Colony Square Shopping Center, both in Williamsburg, VA; and the 8,000-sf Green Run Shops in Virginia Beach, VA.
Michael Mausteller, director of Advantis' Newport News office will handle leasing. Darlene Ratliff, senior property manager, will oversee the day-to-management of the four properties.
