The multi-year deal was arranged by Joseph M. Sklencar, Sr., a senior vice president, and David P. Dolan, first vice president in the Philadelphia office of CB Richard Ellis. The duo represented both the tenant and the owner of the property, Brandywine Realty Trust. Aggregate rental is said to be in excess of $900,000.
The tenant has a staff of nearly 350 attorneys in offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Colorado, Maryland and New York. Besides the law firm, tenants at Plaza 1000 include Alliance Grain/Conagra, Chevron Chemical, Dean Witter Reynolds, Keystone Insurance, Miller Brewing, GlaxoSmithKline and Sovereign Mortgage Bank.
