Heading up the assignment will be Bob Midgette, vice president of PM Realty Group. Senior property manager Bob White will oversee the day-to-day operation of the buildings.
PM Realty Group divisional offices are located in Houston, Atlanta and Newport Beach, CA. The firm has regional offices in several cities, including New York, and its track record in the tri-state region includes management of MetroTech Three and Four in Brooklyn. "We feel we can enhance the value and performance of these quality office buildings," according to Midgette.
