Property owner Brown 19 LLC of Clearwater is having the improvements done at this time to tie in with a new overpass exchange being built at Drew St. and U.S. 19, Lee Arnold, chairman, Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Services Inc., Clearwater, says in a prepared statement. Colliers Arnold is the leasing agent for the property.

"When highway construction is completed, we will have six lanes of traffic passing by at street level," Arnold says. "That translates to a much more accessible, much more visible retail center."

Creative Contractors Inc. is the general contractor. Fisher and Associates Architects is designing the improvements for the center. Avid Engineering is the project engineer. All of the consultants are from Clearwater.
