Zebra Woodworks & Installation has inked a deal for 12,220 sf at Hempstead Highway Business Park at 5810 Windfern in Houston. The firm is moving from across the street.Beau Kaleel, James E. Foreman and Sandra F. Harris, all of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., brokered the lease.
Kaleel tells GlobeSt.com that Zebra will use the light manufacturing space to make cabinetry for hospitals, schools and offices. Capital Commercial Investments Inc. is the owner of the 18-year-old, tilt-wall building.
United Refrigeration has renewed its 10,330-sf lease for North Shepherd Business Center, situated at 7801 N. Shepherd. William D. Swanson of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented United Refrigeration in the lease negotiations. Jay Stubbs of North Shepherd Business Center Associates was the in-house representative for the building owner.
