Equis Corp. associate Jeff Jones and executive vice president John Niemi represented the CPA society in the 10-year lease deal with renewal, termination and expansion options.

The Southpoint Office Center is considered a class-A property. "The new location with its renovated lobby, better parking facilities and upgraded amenities has enabled the society to enhance its image while saving money for its members," says Minnesota Society of CPAs executive director Betsy Adrian in a statement.
