The assignment includes three floors of just over 49,100 sf each, plus an additional 24,273 sf on an additional floor. Heading the effort for TC are senior vice presidents James Postell and Frank Truesdell and vice president Douglas Gaffney.
Besides its waterfront location, the building brings with it urban enterprise zone incentives and an upgraded building infrastructure. Corporate neighbors include Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley.
"Ninety Hudson St. represents the finest block of readily available space within the waterfront market, and possibly Northern New Jersey," asserts Truesdell. "We expect demand for this sublease to be strong.
