The Cincinnati moves include James P. O'Connell, Thomas M. Powers and Jeffrey R. Bender. They are responsible for completing more than 1,050 transactions valued at more than $3.8 billion and involving 100 million-plus sf of space.

The team's most recent transactions included the sale of PNC Center in Cincinnati for $52.3 million and a $14 million sale of Park 50, an industrial park in Clermont County, 25 miles south of the city.

Last year, the team also arranged one of the nation's largest real estate transactions. Led by Powers and CBRE broker Darla Longo, the team engineered CalWest's (RREEF/CALPERS) $2.1-billion acquisition of Cabot Industrial Trust's 41-million-sf industrial portfolio located across the US.

The former Trammell Crow brokers--David P. McGahren, H. Christian Schmeisser III, Darla Hamby and Doug Howard--bring more than 52 years of commercial real estate experience to the company. Rae Stewart also joins the company's property management team.

The new members of the Nashville office have already brought in new business totaling 2.7 million sf of leasing and management assignments.
