The new call center, leased for 10 years, is located at 12449 Silicon Dr. in the University Park Tech Center in the northwest submarket, Jim Grant, Clarke's director of finance and real estate, tells GlobeSt.com. He says the center will accommodate the company's growth. It intends to hire 200 workers by year end to staff the center. Clarke also leases a 68,000-sf building at 5800 Northwest Parkway in the same tech center, which was developed by R.L. Worth & Associates.
Mark Russell of Trione & Gordon of Houston represented Clarke and Rick Littleton of R.L. Worth handled negotiations on behalf of the building owner, 4040 Broadway Ltd.Clarke provides checks and other financial products and services for banks, credit unions and other financial institutions. Its other call centers are in Charlotte, NC, Orlando, FL, Syracuse, NY and Salt Lake City.
