Vitas Healthcare leased 8,494 sf at Loop Central Three at 4828 Loop Central Dr. John S. Parsley of the Houston office of Colliers International represented the tenant. Rosemary Kogler of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co.'s Houston team, spoke for the building owner, W9/LWS II Real Estate LP. Vitas is a hospice provider operating in seven states. Loop Central Three is a 198,946 sf office tower in the 500,000-plus-sf Loop Central complex built in the early 1980s. The quoted rate is $20.50 per sf.
Parsley also represented Engineering Construction Specialists in its renewal of 2,000 sf and extra 3,338 sf of office space at 4615 Southwest Freeway. Rick Grim of Cypress Office Holdings Ltd. represented the building owner, Cypress Office Holdings Inc.
Parsley tells GlobeSt.com that the consulting firm works with real estate developers, lenders and site remediation firms for construction projects. The office is situated in the 306,208-sf Executive Plaza, a 72%-leased, 21-year-old building.
