Five-year-old Fired Up has contracts to develop 270 Johnny Carino's in 27 states and 12 countries, according to the statement. The company didn't disclose its financials.
Besides Johnny Carino's, Fired Up operates and franchises Gumbo's Louisiana Style Café and the Brown Bar in California, the Southwest, Midwest and in Kuwait, Egypt and Bahrain, according to the company's statement.
