Also in Rosemont, PTS Labs, LLC leased 16,445 sf at 9820 W. Foster Ave.; Norak Corp. renewed their lease of 5,662 sf at 9745 W. Foster Ave. and Sherwin Community Painters, Inc. renewed for 5,084 sf at 9755 W. Farragut.
