The leasing effort is being headed by Jonathan Glick and Robert Bowman, vice president in the firm's headquarters office in West Orange, NJ. The duo is targeting light assembly or manufacturing, as well as distribution uses for the asset, which has a total of 5,000 sf of office space.
According to Bowman, the building is available for users needing 39,000 sf and up. "In addition," he adds, "the owner is willing to structure a very creative lease or lease/purchase transaction."
The property is located in Middlesex County, in one of the Garden State strongest industrial submarkets. The New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, I-287 and Route 18 are all nearby.
