Accucare Dental is a Phoenix-based dental office system with three other locations in the Valley. The group will move into to its new accommodations in July.
The Phoenix office of Insignia ESG brokered the deal, using managing director John Bonnell, director Don Mudd and associate Ray Harris to negotiate the lease on behalf of the building owner, Dallas-based Archon Group. Les Larsen of Les Larsen & Associates handled talks for Accucare Dental. The lease includes a renewal option in fourth quarter 2006.
Bonnell says the tenant was attracted to the location due to its proximity to residential neighborhoods. The office building is nestled in older neighborhoods in Phoenix's north and north central sections near the Camelback Corridor.
