Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. is subleasing 27,203 sf on the 26th floor in Equity Office Properties Trust's tower at 30 S. Wacker Dr. However, the professional services company picks up the space from American Express, represented by Trammell Crow principal Peter J. Livaditis and vice president Paul N. Buckingham. Dave Wilson of Prime Realty Group represented Chuhak & Tecson.

Terms were not released for any of the deals. Equity Office Properties' published lease rates in the building are $27 per sf net.Meanwhile, Livaditis represented American Express in its lease of 7,791 sf at One Westbrook Corporate Center in Westchester, another Equity Office Properties asset. Bruce Penwick negotiated on behalf of his REIT. Equity Office Properties' published lease rates are $28 per sf net.

In the East-West Corridor, insurance provider Millennium Medical renewed a lease of 12,097 sf at 900 Oakmont Center in Westmont. Trammell Crow vice president Doug Shehan represented the building's owner, United Omaha Life Insurance Co., while Della Deluga of SSR Realty Advisors represented Millennium Medical.
