Pamela A. Galeota, senior vice president of R.M. Bradley, represented the sublessor, Chiswick Inc., in the transaction. Barry Gluck, vice president of Parson's Commercial Group, represented the subtenant, David's Moving & Storage, in the transaction.

According to Galeota, the industrial space went for market rate, which is six dollars per sf. Galeota tells GlobeSt.com that this space has been on the market for a year, when Chiswick relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. This deal, she says, is indicative of the "uptick in activity level. This type of deal is reflective of the market coming back up."

Galeota says that she has a number of potential deals now in the Metrowest market, whereas until recently the activity was very limited. "There is a glimmer of hope," she notes.
