ATLANTA-The leasing director for the Chicago-based company's Central Florida properties moves to Atlanta where he and his team will oversee nine million sf of office space, in addition to covering Tampa and Orlando properties.
From Atlanta, Cobble will also continue to handle management/leasing at the 254,808-sf Tampa Commons in Tampa, FL and the 30-story, 640,741-sf SunTrust Center in Downtown Orlando.
Cobble formerly worked for CB Commercial in San Diego for nine years.
