Veejay International Corp. owns and manages the newly constructed property under a franchise licensing agreement with Hilton Inns Inc. The latter is the franchising subsidiary of Hilton Hotels, Inc.
The Hilton Garden brand targets mid-priced business and leisure travelers with various amenities related to convenience. As other properties in the chain, the five-story Secaucus hotel offers Pavilion Pantry, a convenience market; as well as guest room microwaves, coffee makers and refrigerators; a 24-hour business center; and such in-room business-oriented features as work desks, ergonomic seating, two telephone lines, data ports and voice mail.
