Carol Peddy, a nine-year veteran of Irving-based JPI's ranks, is now divisional senior vice president and property management partner for the student living division. Peddy has 17 years experience in the industry. She was regional assistant vice president and property management partner. She will be responsible for property operations and marketing. JPI's current portfolio includes 6,000 student housing units.
Dallas' Morse Co. hired Richard L. Buford as a senior associate. The 18-year veteran will specialize in tenant representation and investment land sales. He previously worked at Kennedy-Wilson International's Dallas office.
Scott A. Morse, principal, says "Richard's background with land development and office and industrial properties gives him an unusual breadth of knowledge and perspective not readily found in our industry." His focus in North Dallas, Morse says, "is a logical expansion for us." Buford has worked the Telecom Corridor before and during his stint with Kennedy-Wilson, representing such key clients as Johnson & Johnson and Adaptec Inc.
RealEstateJobs. com hired Tina Stacy to direct operations and marketing nationwide. She previously was the southwest regional sales manager for printCafe Inc. Her other roles put her in sales management for Perry-Judd's Inc., the nation's fourth largest printer, and a national sales account representative for Quebecor World Inc. in New York City.
