ADT has taken a 15-year lease with an expansion break option to allow for future growth. Jones Lang Lasalle represented ADT and Knight Frank and Insignia Richard Ellis represented Rouse Kent.
Rouse Kent Managing Director John Castorina said: 'We are delighted to welcome ADT who are already tenants within our US portfolio and with whom we place around a $1 million business per annum for their systems.'
