Also, the area franchisee of Fort Lauderdale, FL-based haircolorexpress is looking for 1,200- to 1,500-sf units in New Jersey's Monmouth and Ocean counties. The franchiser is looking to open up to 10 stores in Florida, Washington, DC and New Jersey.

The Wall Twp., NJ-based Jersey Mike's Subs, meanwhile, a sandwich shop franchiser with 219 stores in the East and Midwest including18 in the Garden State, is currently looking to add to that total with 1,200- to 1,500-sf stores in strip centers and CBDs. And Sierra Grille, a Norwalk, CT-based operator of Mexican restaurants, is seeking stores of up to 2,000 sf in CBDs and strip, power and lifestyle centers.

Finally, The Turning Point is looking to expand its operation from two restaurants in Monmouth County (the company is based in Little Silver, NJ) to a broad reach in New Jersey. The company is looking for sites of up to 4,000 sf. And Tiki Tan of Ocean, NJ, operator of tanning salons, is looking for units of up to 3,000 sf.
