Borders Books & Music, Corner Bakery, Noodles & Company and Sprint have signed on to Arthur Hill & Co.'s Church Street Plaza, which in addition to retail space, will include a 178-room hotel and 205 condominium units on a triangular site at Church Street and Maple Avenue. A 21,868-square-foot, two-level Borders Books/Music/Café; 3,350-sf Corner Bakery; 2,625-sf Noodles restaurant; and 1,174-sf Spring outlet are now part of the new urban neighborhood.

In another larger deal, Rockaway, NJ-based Party City has taken 12,347 sf formerly occupied by an American Oak store at Wind Point Center in far west suburban Batavia.

Beverly, MA-based Fuddruckers Restaurant at Park Place has renewed its 6,600-sf lease in northwest suburban Palatine.

In nearby Schaumburg, Citibank is relocating an existing Schaumburg facility to 5,700 sf at Streets of Woodfield, in the shadows of the recently refinanced Woodfield Mall. Denver-based Quizno's Subs also took 1,810 sf at Streets of Woodfield.

Rockler Woodworking & Hardware has signed a 4,095-sf lease at Tinley Park Plaza in that southwest suburb.

Millenium Aqua Rehab Center is taking 4,060 sf at Skokie Fashion Square in that near north suburb.

In Bridgeview, a 3,830-sf building at 79th Street and Harlem Avenue will be occupied by a Dublin, OH-based Wendy's franchise.

New and pre-owned golf equipment retailer Second Swing has taken 3,585 sf in the former Work 'n Gear store at Finley Square in west suburban Downers Grove.

In Glenview, Viccino's Pizza Co. has leased 2,341 sf at Plaza del Prado on the southeast corner of Willow and Pfingsten Roads.

Chicago-based Asian Essence, recently leased 2,026 sf at Town Square Wheaton in that far west suburb.

New Lenox Cycling & Fitness has leased 1,322 sf at Nelson Plaza in New Lenox.
