The second phase of the Plantation Place development, designed by Arup Associates, will front both Mincing Lane and Eastcheap, with a typical floor plate of 18,460 sf. The new consent provides for an improved configuration and enhanced entrance on Eastcheap and increased efficiency in the office floorplate, British land claimed.
The first phase--the 541,000-sf No1 Plantation Place--is under construction following the prelet of the majority of the space to management consultants Accenture. Leasing agents are CB Hillier Parker and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung.
