Owings Mill beat out several other possible East Coast locations for the new service center last year. "We selected Owings Mills because we knew it would be an excellent place to recruit service-oriented associates," Toyota and Lexus Financial Services president and CEO George E. Borst says of the new office. The building on Red Brook Boulevard will be home to more than 400 associates.
