Snow, chief financial officer and a certified public accountant, has been with the firm the longest, starting in 1993. She has streamlined the company's growth in information technology, administrative and human resources.
Fournier directs Miller's pre-construction work and handles business development efforts. She has a 12-year background in construction operations.
Cox joined the company in 1999 and heads all of the firm's construction activities. He has been a construction industry professional for 30 years.
In a prepared statement, Miller CEO Thomas J. Miller says the company's near-future growth plans are in place "to run lean, with consistently high quality and greater capacity."
