Keith Bilter sold the Tamalpais apartment complex, nearly 80 years old, for $14 million to NAM Investments. The 45,000-sf, 11-story building, which is located at 1201 Greenwich St., was listed for $16 million. The property includes 22 apartment units and two in-law units. Pacific Union Real Estate Group represented both sides in the deal.
In Milpitas, Cadillac Court sold a 51,000-sf building to Romulus Investors for nearly $6 million. The 131,000-sf property is located at 1201 Cadillac Court. Jim Obermeyer of BT Commercial represented Romulus, while CPS represented Cadillac Court.
