Senior vice president David Pals and senior associate Jeff Galante of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Rosemont, IL office represented Fairrington Transportation. Grubb & Ellis says the Joliet Road location's access to expressways was a factor in Fairrington Transportation's decision. Coupled with access to Interstate 80, the I-55 corridor location also provides the 21-year-old logistics and transportation company with the ability to provide overnight delivery of printed materials to nine states.

The space itself is in a two-tenant building, owned by Atlanta-based Industrial Property Fund I, shared with UPS Logistics. It includes 20,000 sf of office space.
