Eisenbergh, a senior director/industrial brokerage services at Cushman & Wakefield, represented Aviation Sales Co. of Miami in the $44 million acquisition ($68.86 per sf) of a 639,000-sf, two-building headquarters/distribution center property in Miramar, FL, 20 miles north of Downtown Miami.
Stigliano negotiated for the seller, Tambone Real Estate Development Co. of Lynnfield, MA. The property is between the Florida Turnpike and Miramar Parkway, fronting Flaming Road.
Isenbergh worked on the deal for seven years. He also represented Aviation sales in the sale of the company's former 153,000-sf headquarters building in Miami-Dade County.
