Lease terms were not disclosed.
The Edwardsville development is one of several industrial projects built by HSA|READ, the acquisition and development arm of HSA Commercial. HSA|READ developed more than $80 million in industrial projects across the US last year.
Dial's building, used as a regional distribution center serving Midwest manufacturing plants, was the first to be constructed in the Gateway Commerce Center.
