Diebold is relocating from a 7,000-sf space at Southbank in Phoenix. The company employs more than 13,000 people in 88 countries. The company provides integrated technology solutions for self-service financial transactions. Diebold's primary customers include banks and financial institutions as well as hospitals, colleges and universities, public libraries, government agencies, utilities and various retail outlets.

Baseline Foothills is a three-building, 148,519-sf, flex industrial park near Sky Harbor International Airport. Eddy Moore with the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis' industrial advisory group represented Diebold. Jerry McCormick, John Werstler and John Pompay, all of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., negotiated the long-term pact for building owner, Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust.
