Paul Harmon and Ray Utley, both of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas, represented seller John Karvouniari. The buyer used an in-house broker to structure the acquisition. Ben Hummel, Hunt's vice president of development, is steering the team for the tract's development.
In Frisco, Larry Causey of C&B Electric acquired four acres along John Elliott Drive. The plan for the land is to build. Dan Spika, Henry S. Miller Commercial senior vice president, represented the buyer. Connell Development, the seller, handled its side of the talks.
