Nelson represented IDI in the leasing deal. Jim Mercer and Patrick Burke of CB Richard Ellis Inc. negotiated for Sunrise Medical, a 19-year-old international manufacturer of homecare and extended care medical products headed by CEO/president Michael N. Hammes.
