Jeff Heller, Peter Hamburger and Jon Meisel of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey were responsible for arranging the lease on behalf of Reed Smith. The Gale Co. of Florham Park, NJ is the development's property manager. Sweetwater Construction Corp. was the project's construction manager, and the Aztec Corp. of Woodbridge, NJ organized a four-phase architectural and design program, headed by president Charles O. Logan, Jr., for expanding Reed Smith's presence.

Reed Smith has a total of more than 700 lawyers in a dozen US and two UK cities. It represents a range of companies in such fields as technology, financial services, healthcare providers and insurers, communications, manufacturers, universities, nonprofit organizations, real estate developers and municipalities in the US and 40 countries.
