Express Packaging is taking space once occupied by aquarium manufacturer, Perfecto Manufacturing of Noblesville, IN. "Express Packaging needed a distribution facility with at least 50,000 sf and this property fit their needs," says Payson MacWilliam, managing director of Insignia/ESG, He and Dan MacWilliam, also managing director, brokered both sides of the deal.
Payson MacWilliam says the terms and number of dock doors "made this facility their Number One choice." Express Packaging will manufacture and distribute packaging products from the site.
Sun Distribution Center is located near the intersection of interstates 17 and 10, about six miles from the Phoenix CBD. Other tenants in the building include Holsum Bakery of Arizona and Trane, a leading air conditioning manufacturer.
