"Not only are we seeing tremendous membership interest in Colorado due to our relative proximity to Denver, but The Club is also generating great appeal from members throughout the United States and abroad who don't want to invest millions into a property they may not have time to use frequently," Phillips says.

The club is scheduled to be completed early next year.

According to the American Resort Development Association, high-end fractional ownership is the fastest growing segment of the resort real estate market.

Prices for membership in The Ritz-Carlton Club, Bachelor Gulch range from $150,000 to $300,000, depending upon season and residence type owned.

Designed by Hill Glazier Architects of Palo Alto, CA, The Ritz-Carlton Club, Bachelor Gulch will features an exterior using from rustic materials of stone, rough-hewn timber and iron--reminiscent of the great wilderness lodges of western mountains.

Additionally, the property is adjacent to the 237-room Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch granting The Ritz-Carlton Club Members access to hotel amenities which include a 20,000-sf spa, pool and several dining options.
